Required visa documents for company partners and owners

GERMANY VISA BUSINESS & COMPANY OWNERS
(In Germany visa procedures, do not trust companies and agencies that ask you for advance payment through the bank for appointments and introduce themselves as visa application centers.)
1. Passport (At least one year old) If you have, your old passports and photocopies of all processed pages
2. Visa Application Form (To be filled by our agency)
3. Travel Health Insurance (30,000 Euro coverage, stamped, signed starting one day before your departure date and covering one day after your return date, can be provided by our agency if you wish)
4. Two Biometric Photos (For Germany Visa, 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm in size, white background, not older than four months)
5. Photocopy of ID
6. With invitation If you are going to go, the original invitation is required (Commercial invitations are accepted by mail) 7. Flight reservation will be provided by our agency (Embassies and our agency do not recommend that you purchase a flight ticket until your visa is approved. Tax Certificate (The last tax year must be processed)

10. Original copy of the CIVIL REGISTRATION COPY taken from the Civil Registry Office (Full Certificate of Mother, Father, Sibling, Spouse, Child and PLACE OF RESIDENCE written on documents where PLACE OF RESIDENCE is not visible, a RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE must be obtained from the Mukhtar (It is mandatory.)
11.Bank Account Statement (A bank account statement showing the last 3 months of account movements should be obtained from the bank at most 1 week before the application date and should be signed and stamped by the bank teller. If the person is a company owner, they can apply with a high-balanced company bank account. There should be enough balance in your account to finance your travel.)
12.In Commercial Visa Applications, the original BANK ACCOUNT that shows the company’s title and has sufficient balance in it, obtained within the last three months, belonging to the company
13.If there is, your Title Deed, Vehicle License and Credit Card Statement with Bank Stamp

Visa documents for employees with SSI

9.Personal petition stating the purpose of your travel (will be provided by our agency)
